Recruiting Process
Your first step is to review the CIJS website to get a feel for who we are, what our working environment is, the type of early childhood educational program we offer, our people and who we employ.

Interview Process
To ensure we hire the most appropriate individual for a given opportunity, we conduct a rigorous interview process. If your resume is selected, the following is the interview process:
- The CIJS Director would contact you to discuss your resume. Your experiences and interests are discussed at a high level. You will be given an opportunity to get additional information about the position and what it is like to work at CIJS.
- If you are selected to participate in the next stage of the process, you will be scheduled for an in person interview for a more in-depth discussion of your skills and experiences.
- If you are selected to participate in the last stage of the process, you will be scheduled for a school session in which you will be asked to develop and deliver a lesson plan at CIJS.
